I was at the toll earlier today and I was present when protesters unanimously agreed that when soldiers showed up they would sit and not engage. They would not speak to or provoke them. There is absolutely no need to shoot at them. This is disgraceful.

We had the option to wait a few days which was unacceptable. Novare had the drug but dispatch was unavailable. This conversation with you is pointless.
