On the day my son is finishing his reception year, this news is devastating. He started at just 5, he would have massively struggled starting at just 4. This now makes the possibility of him being moved out of his adopted cohort when moving to subsequent schools scarily realistic
@FCDWhittaker This is so disheartening on the day our son finishes his reception year. He started at just turned 5 instead of just turned 4, he would have struggled massively starting when he had just turned 4. We live in Somerset the process was shocking @SomersetCouncil

Pls can you advise why the gov website has been updated with this awful wording? This will deter parents from making requests, when just recently you asked admission authorities to ‘provide a system that is easy for parents to navigate’ #summerborn
@milk_and_more you have repeatedly missed our deliveries, we were assured the second of our missing orders this week would be delivered today...it hasn’t been..we have been refunded for the multiple missed orders but have had no other assurances that this issue won’t continue

I've been wowed by the energy in the room at our Wiltshire Community Swarm day at Lackham College. Amazing people who are the first Wiltshire Bees. Bee-liefs are also coming together thanks to our amazing illustrator Sam. #buzzyday#wiltshireswarm
