This past Saturday, 30 band members auditioned at the 2nd round of Region Band Auditions! 23 students ended up making one of the 3 bands! This is the HIGHEST HONOR that students can achieve! We are so proud of ALL of you!

We had an amazing Veterans Day Assembly today @PearsonRanchMS! Band, choir, orchestra, & theater students performed. One of our history teachers was a guest speaker, and donuts and breakfast tacos were served. Veterans left with words of appreciation from our students. Thank you!

The Pearson Ranch Wind Ensemble has earned the designation of "Commended Winner" and the Honor Band has earned the designation of "Citation Winner." This is the first time two bands have been awarded distinctions in this national competition!! @rrisdfinearts @PearsonRanchMS

Sept 29 was Chuseok, the biggest Korean holiday. Ms. Chong, our Early Bilingual teacher, @PearsonRanchMS celebrated it in grand style by wearing her mother's hanbok (traditional Korean dress) and sharing her culture with our students!! @MrsCollins1787 @myam2

What an amazing One Act Play performance by the @PearsonRanchMS theater students led by Arielle McMurrey today! Students performed Lafayette no. 1 about the Yellow Fever epidemic in New Orleans and its impact on families, including a group of orphans. The audience was moved!
