CCAP(Livingstonia Synod) has gone an extra mile by engaging learners on how best they can interact, co-exist regardless of disability.

Years ago we embarked on a journey to serve children with and without disabilities in Nkhotakota and Kasungu. We wouldn't have come this far if not for the help of our volunteers. Meet part of the 14 volunteers for the two districts

Peatema project has successfully finished a 3 days TOT training in Chitipa, Nkhatabay and Karonga. CDAs & SNE specialist teachers have been engaged help the project to promote inclusion in schools, at the same time disseminate COVID 19 messages to communities.

A child or any person with disabilities has a right to have access to information. PEATEMA north project is advocating on how best children with disabilities in our communities maybe taken care of and also have access to information on issues to to with COVID 19
In a bid to fight COVID 19 the CCAP Synod of Livibgstonia Education Department through its PEATEMA project has joined the government of Malawi through the Ministry of Health to stop the spreading of the virus by including COVID 19 messages in the project's line of activities
Government must give priority that any Presidential National address on COVID19 must be accessible to all Malawian, including those with disabilities, those in rural areas through community radios, TV must have Sign language interpreters.#COVID19Pandemic
