However the SCOG case "Bowman v. State" seems to suggest that trial doesn't "start" for purposes of Speedy Trial until you actually select and swear in 12 jurors...

Which would be next to impossible in this case, within the allotted time...

Current conclusion:

I believe there is a good argument that, if a mistrial is called, the State would have 2 months to get a jury selected and sworn in, in order to follow the Speedy Trial rules and retry Young Thug.
