I'm not particularly political any more having long given up on British politics post Brexit shambles but it has struck me how nearly every world leader (not Trump+Putin of course!) has taken time to praise #keirstarmer. Such respect - he has put the UK back on the world map.

@BenjiNaesen Being in the right place at the right time is a Wout trait, keeping under the radar till needed is another plus although increasingly difficult to pull off. Could be useful in the TdF tho!

@KeruboSk Yes several. The oldest was a french lady born c.1880 who I met in 1972. She could remember the court of Queen Victoria.

@archer_rs I had to reload my Merc C Class Estate twice when taking my two nieces and sister-in-law for a hen party weekend at a country house - there was also a lot of (excellent) wine to fit in.

@archer_rs Chinese tourists in Europe tend to be quieter than the ones who visit other Asian countries. There they really are LOUD. What I can't understand is why Americans are loud everywhere especially at sporting events such as the Olympics where they can't control themselves.
