@CcmontysBackup2 @tfw2005 My guess is that they fulfill it just like a regular online order but it doesn't go to fulfillment until the specific day it's supposed to be released, at which point it might already be on shelves and sold out because someone decided to put it out early.

@BWTF_Ben @Target Never Pre-order from Target. They will put the figures out on shelves then they'll ship out what's left to people who pre-ordered. I once bought a figure on the shelf at Target then got the notice later that they cancelled my pre-order because they were out of stock.
