@TheLight_UK Can I make a request? When there are unbookable damaged seats can you disable the "cannot leave a single seat" constraint for seats either side as so many sets of 3 in some of the screens in Cambridge that its hard to book 2 together.

@saxobank We are in the UK. My wife has a share account with UBS with some US stock from stock awards in it. UBS are now closing all accounts for non-us citizens so we need to transfer these elsewhere. Can she transfer these into a SaxoInvestor account?

@Wise Are there problems with using contactless in Japan at the moment? Our son is out there and says he can't pay contactless as reached some limit but nothing under 'Card->Limits' to show he is remotely close to reaching any limit. He has a UK issued card. Works if inserted.

@Wise I am aware those are cumulative limits and the fact that its come up with the contactless limit has been reached when he has only spent £153 this month is what makes me think it may actually be a problem at your end given he has spent a lot more than that contactlessly previously

@Wise Card was issued in the UK. You can see he is nowhere near his limits and given what he was trying to buy was about £1 I find it odd that it should somehow put him over some limit.

@TheLight_UK Hi. Have a booking at the Cambridge imax for 2 members and used one free friend ticket for our son. Would now like to add another free friend ticket for his friend. Do I need to cancel and rebook? If so will I get the free friend ticket used back okay?

@AbroadInJapan Maybe they should modify the JR pass by offering a cheaper option for people who don't use it to visit Kyoto? Possibly offer a set of fixed (non Kyoto) destinations for a discounted rate?

@British_Airways My wife booked on a multicity trip starting LHR->Toronto in PE for holiday. Now she may have to go to Chicago the weekend before for work. Is it possible for us to change her LHR->Toronto flight to a Chicago->Toronto one a few days earlier?

@virginmedia As, from a few likes, it appears some people read this thread I should point out that everything is now working okay. It appears the root cause was misdiagnosed by the 1st engineer that then had myself and 2nd engineer barking up the wrong tree until the 3rd engineer got it right

@virginmedia Problems with TV signal 18th Oct, Engineer visit 20th Oct, determined cable damaged. Repull scheduled a few days later for 5th November, Repull postponed to 11th November. No appearance on 11th. Contacted support via text and claimed no visits scheduled.

@virginmedia I have been on the verge of filling in one of the official complaint forms for about the last fortnight but have been holding off in the hope it was going to be sorted soon. If no one phones back soon I think that's what I will have to do.
