@EmergingSocial1#co575 After reading up on participatory culture and participatory democracy, i was able to reflect on the influence social media has had on both of these and the power it has to make both participatory culture and democracy possible.

I enjoyed learning about the difference between Horizontal/Vertical/Diagonal integration and how corporations like Disney, Facebook, and Twitter use these tendency’s to gain power, influence, and own social media platforms.@EmergingSocial1#CO575
