There are no roles.

There are skills. Design skills. PM skills. Anyone can have skills.

There are responsibilities. A team can decide who will do what in the moment.

Focus on skills and responsibilities. Not roles.

@ABarroso And I guess it ends up working as a filter: those too stuck in their ways, and the normal roles and hierarchies will run away and not even try... And I guess that helps...

@ABarroso Nope... The names are there because it's an horizontal structure, where role names don't "matter". However, calling the jobs "potatoes" would be even stranger and make the more sensitive people even angrier 😄 So at least there's something related with the accountability.
