That’s not weakness. That’s reality.

The U.S. takes the overwhelming majority of our exports. Always has. Always will. Pretending otherwise is pure political theatre.

While Ottawa has spent months posturing and getting sidelined, Moe is saying the quiet part out loud: get to the table and actually negotiate. Camp out in Washington if you have to. Do the work.

This is what grown-up leadership looks like. Not press conferences. Not chest-thumping. Not hoping the problem goes away.

Canada needs the trade agreement. Our workers need it. Our industries need it.
