@AerLingus I need help with a damaged back claim. I have done full form and then it says not possible, speak to agent at airport. Is this my only option?!

Live update on our @Peugeot… been without it for 3 months as @AVGroupUK have been waiting on a part from the manufacturer apparently. So 4 kids, 3 months, 2 parents, 1 part, 0 car… bought the car 12 months ago & it’s been in the garage for 5 of them! 🤦♂️😰🤯
@British_Airways Hi Kelly, thanks. I’ve already submitted an update form. I’ve been waiting for a response since May. Flew with BA with family of 6 on a very expensive and stressful trip and will not fly BA again if can help it.
