Today is always an exciting day in #GME Graduate Medical Education - New Resident & Fellow Orientation. Today the @UCFMed HCA Florida Healthcare GME Consortium welcomed ~335 new physician learners.

Always enjoy speaking to our Consortium GME Hospital Boards on our growth and the great ways residents and fellows contribute to healthcare. Today I was at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, where the inaugural internal medicine residents were introduced to the Board! Congrats!

Such a great team! The residents highlighted their program, the faculty were enthusiastic, especially about their scholarly activities, and the leadership raved! The program truly is impacting patient care in the panhandle for the better! Congrats!

Today @RLCoffeeJr and I attended the @UCF @UCFMed White Coat Ceremony for the Class of 2029. "The Good Doctor" lecture by Dean German is a great reminder of what being a physician means.

Today I had the privilege of welcoming over 300 new resident and fellow physicians to the @UCF @UCFMed #UCFHCAGME Consortium! Exciting time for them as they join over 700 physician learners on their path to board certification and independent medical practice.

Over the past two weeks I had the honor of attending many graduations of residents and fellows from our @UCF @UCFMed #UCFHCAGME Consortium programs. Congrats to all the graduates who join now over 1000 alumni GME Physician Knights!
