Still waiting for an undescended testis to descend? After 6 months of age, spontaneous descent is highly unlikely. Current guidelines strongly recommend completing orchiopexy between 6 and 12 months (18 months at the latest) . #UndescendedTestis
Urinary tract dilation is an ultrasound finding—not a diagnosis. Assess the calyces, renal parenchyma, ureter, bladder, serial imaging, and clinical context. Management should never be based on AP renal pelvic diameter alone.
