🧵 THREAD: My parents (both senior citizens) purchased an Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes on 8 June. It was defective from day one.

More than a month later, despite repeated follow-ups, the issue is STILL unresolved.

@SwethaRajkuma15 @EurekaforbesIN Facing the same issue + their customer service rep was SO RUDE. She literally yelled at me and my father who is a senior citizen. When we asked her to watch her tone, she yelled more. Finally when yelled back, she disconnected the call w no resolution @EurekaforbesIN

I sincerely hope Eureka Forbes resolves this quickly.

If not, I will continue documenting this experience publicly so other consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing from the company.

I have given @EurekaforbesIN 48 hours to provide a concrete resolution.

If this remains unresolved, I will escalate it through:

Today, I finally sent a detailed escalation email because customer support has been completely ineffective.

I have also requested that @Eureka_ForbesIN review today’s customer service call recording due to the conduct of one of their senior representatives.

Even after paying for dismantling, @Eureka_ForbesIN still can’t provide a replacement date.

The expectation:
❌ Pay to dismantle a defective product
❌ Keep paying for drinking water
❌ Wait indefinitely
