. @MBonvoyAssist Appalled after just 5 hrs of stay at Mulberry Shades in Bangalore. Baby cot request raised a week ago, repeated 4 times since check-in has yielded nothing, not even alternatives. Not even a courtesy call till I had to walk upto reception to meet manager.
