@lambeth_council @WatesGroup They have been contacted for the last month and they’ve not provided a solution. The tenants were visited and told to prepare to decamp and it has been over a month. @WatesGroup haven’t gotten in contact with them either. @helenhayes_ this is happening in West Norwood !

So sad that when it comes to tenants paying rent, one mistake is almost a death sentence with @lambeth_council but when it comes to them keeping their bargain of the agreement, they are unbothered. It has been over a month and this is how @WatesGroup have left the bathroom.

It’s absolutely unsafe and @lambeth_council haven’t done anything to ensure the safety of its residents especially after being made aware that a tenant is heavily pregnant. @helenhayes_ this isn’t right ma’am. Pictures don’t even do it justice..
