It is a mistake on your end and you are asking merchant to initiate pickup.

I had put a return request for pepe jeans. The delivery executive had come to collect the same but requested me to keep the parcel as he had some technical issues processing the same.

Despite multiple requests he has not come to collect the same.

@myntra @MyntraSupport No, none of my previous complaints have been resolved. By the time you resolved it , the return window was closed and I was told that nothing can be done. This is the second time you are doing it. Nice way to scam people

Scam alert!!

This is the second time @myntra @MyntraSupport has done this to me. They schedule the return pick up but none of the delivery partner will come and pick it up. They just will straight away cancel return stating customer not reachable.

When this happened the first time I lost around 2000 rs and the clothes are still with me. This is the second time it's happening and the return window will close soon.
