REMINDER GUYS. Ang opening ng movies ay laging Wednesday. And tbh first day ang pinaka-crucial talaga kasi dito palang, basis na sya if malakas or not. If not, tendency neto, maraming sinehan ang magpu-pull out sa movie. Isa-isa yan hanggang wala nang matira. Sobrang bonus na yung come by weekend, dadagsa na yung manonood.

So please, first day palang, kung sana kaya, go tayo.

Also, wag tayong mahiyang kalampagin ang @VIVA_Films for promos dahil big factor ang appearances ng actors para ma-reach yung audience about the movie.

I guess… us fans, actors, & the management really has to work hand in hand dito.

Dedma sa bashers since we know na we have the materials, the right actors, the story. We just need to have proper promotion.

Adaptations have been a thing for quite some time. An adaptation doesn’t mean they’ll copy everything from the original film. There will be localization, Filipino elements, and changes to fit our culture that can still be incorporated into the story.

Yes, we have a lot of Filipino folklore, and we’ve had local films that explore them, like Ulan, Nokturno, and The Heiress. But I think the bigger issue still comes down to how audiences will perceive the film and, ultimately, WHO will actually support it.
