We’ve updated our Bitcoin node checker. It now shows live information on whether your node is currently accessible via port 8333. You can test if your node is actively listening. Additionally, we now display more detailed node data gathered by our crawler.
(BitRef) You can now click the 'spent' label on any transaction output to go directly to its spending transaction, making it easier to track coins in the Bitcoin blockchain.
(BitRef) Introducing our newest tool: Bitcoin Address Validator. It doesn't just validate Bitcoin addresses — it also shows exactly where the problem is.
In the span of 1 year, @unstoppableweb has:
- Removed decentralized payments
- Made KYC mandatory
- Disabled self-custody on tokenized .com's, etc
- Abandoned and disowned web3 domains
- Nuked the Github documentation
This is what @mattgould, @sandy_carter & @ntropiq did.
@mattgould It appears that after selling a large number of domains that many users later found unusable, the service has now shut down, leaving customers without clear answers. We've warned users before about the risks of similar services that appear during crypto booms and later disappear.
We’ve had issues with this company. Years ago, they began selling .coin domains on their own smart contract—five years after the EmerCoin community was already using the extension. This name duplication caused major confusion and hindered our work for years. Avoid @unstoppableweb
Share https://t.co/kzVYLA0Z36 far and wide. The Bulgarians deserve the attention of @ICANN and the domain community. 8000 Domains in accounts blocked for 60 days, zero communication to the domain holders. Let's make it zero TLDs for @unstoppableweb in 2026!
🚀 We've just launched a new page where you can explore real-time statistics of all public Bitcoin nodes!
📊 See the market share of Bitcoin clients (Core vs Knots), track the most used client versions, and view the global distribution of nodes by country.

All our Bitcoin nodes have been replaced by Bitcoin Knots, which is a derivative of Bitcoin Core. We do not support removing the OP_RETURN limit in Bitcoin Core. Everything continues to work without any changes after the migration.
