I've never cried during an episode of drag race, but honestly, this weeks edition had me balling. As a queer kid growing up during the aids crisis and gay panic of the mid 80s, the message of love from @LaVoixTheShow ‘s dad is all that us kids ever wanted. Thank you Richard. ❤️
@HerreMorker@ThisisDavina Thank you! I’m 17 years post-op and still processing it. It’s hard journey but one I feel very lucky to have survived and able to share the experience with those on the same path. ❤️
As one of those 3 in 1,000,000 people, I can hand on heart wish @ThisisDavina a speedy recovery. My advice, take your time to return to everyday life, and get some counselling to help you process this journey. It'll take time but you'll get there.

My Whoop recorded an 80% recovery score overnight and a solid eight hours sleep, so the perfect day to smash out my 25km commute plus a 50km turbo session. Legs hurt a bit now though.
Absolutely stunning performance of C. P. Cavafy’s Waiting for the Barbarians by Laurie Anderson. Written in 1898, the poem feels incredibly timely right now.

@Ryanbybike That should do it Ryan! I’ve got the airshot version of this and it works a treat. The other tip, put soapy water around the sidewalls to help them get seated. Good luck! 🤘
@cyclist_andyc @kiwicycling Please tell me you keep a foot of duct tape wrapped around your seat post just for emergencies! I've started doing this on long distance rides now. 🤘
