Queen/King/Country
Idyllic scenes from 1962. Fresh bread deliveries give a glimpse to what supermarkets used to stock on their shelves. Beautiful fashions from the ladies and lots of happy children.
@lukeakehurst@AndyBurnhamGM Claiming expenses on the taxpayers to campaign for an unnecessary by election.
This is Labour and socialism in action.
Waste, waste and more waste.
@ZackPolanski This great country was built with invention, creation, entrepreneurial hard work and honesty from millions of British people.
Not some ex hypnotist that thinks he can over tax people’s life earnings.
Nobody but work shy militants are buying your BS.
Reform will need more than Farage and soundbites to win.
The best interview I have seen of Kemi Badernock to date, honesty is vital in life but more so in politics.
Conservative Party Leader Kemi Badenoch on why Starmer must resign, Donald Trump, Israel, Nigel Farage, Brexit and more - the FULL interview right here👇
@KemiBadenoch | @piersmorgan
Interesting and worth a listen.
When she emphasised time and again that she was honest and doesn’t tell lies, that was the single most important aspect of this interview for me.
It’s why I despise Kier Starmer. He did mislead his own party to become leader, I did get that because sidestepping the Left and Unions was essential for him to be elected leader.
But when he played the same tactic on the British electorate in 2024, that was him finished for me.
Honesty in politics from MPs should be a Red Line.
The country wants a serious leader, with a serious plan. @KemiBadenoch is leading @Conservatives from the front, giving credible answers to the issues that matter.
@ToryVote_ at every opportunity
@PeoplesMomentum@AndyBurnhamGM What an endorsement for Andy Burnham.
The extreme Corbyn loving hard left excited about the prospect of Burnham becoming PM.
@LibDems@mpmwilko His first act is as a political leader.
Millions more people want Farage than they do Davey.
Try working it out Lib Dem’s before Ed sailboards off the political map for good.
It’s YOU who is using this family as a political football.
As a Tory member, what you are saying here is simply not true.
The only 2 Conservative PMs since 2010 that looked capable were David Cameron, who had his hands tied with austerity, Brexit and a coalition government, and Rishi Sunak, who had zero chance of succeeding because of the fallout from Covid.
Neither took on the left and both should have reformed the civil service, which has infiltrated public sector services with negative political activism.
Reform is the only party that has changed the mindset including that of Kemi Badernock, because those that served, including her, realised they wasted the opportunities when elected and the same problems keep reoccurring.
@GuyLambertUK@andy4makerfield Are you telling a story Guy?
Vote for Andy?
The guy that has just lost 30 families a new council house chasing his self interest.
Your kind of guy Guy.
Senior Labour minister apologises for supporting Mandelson.
One of Sir Keir Starmer's closest allies told Peter Mandelson he was "so sorry" that he had been sacked over his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, new messages reveal.
Well done Arsenal.
Well deserved.
The PSG v Arsenal game reminded me of Utd v Barcelona at Wembley 2011. Both teams at the top of their game but only one result was ever going to happen.
2nd half most Utd fans just accepted they were watching a footballer from a different planet.
@AllArsenalnews_ Kiss the CL goodbye - Arsenal never win that
Kiss PL goodbye - City will win that
Maybe a cup this year
Maybe another Charity Shield - Arteta fav cup
Let’s all smile like Andy and look working class and get that debt bill soaring.
Remember for every pound of debt is one pound less to spend on the “working class”.
It’s not rocket science, just reality.
The current debt to GDP ratio is 94.2%.
Which amounts to £340 million pounds A DAY to be paid in debt interest.
Andy Burnham wants to increase that debt, massively.
He will walk away, as Milliband as Starmer with nailed down public pensions, whilst the working class pick up the debt burden.
Oh well if you are down to earth with a smile then that is a game changer.
I shall look forward to Andy as PM, laughing and joking at the despatch box when he tells the country there is no money left because global businesses have moved their assets somewhere else.
Oh yes and working class, like Kier, with £millions of working class pounds in the bank.
