I've noticed a problem we're having. We're not agreeing on what some words mean. Solitude isn't loneliness. Desire isn't love. And worse, sometimes when we're filled with existential dread we're really only hungry. You gotta learn all the flavors and get good at identifying them.
the central driving force in my life is collecting anecdotes . this is very different from doing things “for the plot” — too focused on the self. to collect anecdotes is a selfless act based in the desire to bring novelty / delight into the lives of strangers you meet at parties
@exitforafilm You're making it too significant. Write the worst ten-line poem you can. Do it in ten minutes. Do it every day for ten days. You'll get so sick of writing bad poems, you'l break down and start writing good ones.
