I have tried to contact your CS thought Facebook message and chat in the apps for a week, still didn't get any response about my refund, I have been waiting since 26 Oct. Could anyone please follow? Thanks

@vfsglobalcare I have submitted the refund request on 9 Jan, I met some technical issue while doing the submission. I have email to [email protected] and has been advice to email to https://t.co/[email protected]. After 10 days, I still did not receive any.
