2/@herz offered me an EV. Exhausted, demoralized, I took it tho I need to x-country so --less than ideal. Now, turns out, no charger in trunk.

1/@herz -- paid for a car in advance. Arrived at Skyharbor and was told no cars. "wait for someone to turn one in." Thirty other customers lined up waiting in a dark garage, too. At 1 am on a Saturday night.
