@British_Airways my delayed luggage claim was logged in first week of June! Still no update - it says case received. Has been 4.5 months! Can I get an answer please? This is ridiculous - left us without a luggage and car seat for 7 days and now cannot get a refund!

@British_Airways Logged a baggage delay expense claim in first wk of June! Has been 4 mnths & still no update . Then suddenly last week found out - case is closed ! Don’t know what happened - no email or refund! The CS asked me to reopen as they don’t know either what happened🛑

@British_Airways It has been 4 months! When is it legally required to close a case? I am sure you have a timeline to solve a case! This just cannot go on. Also what if I had not checked the case last week - I would not have known that my case is closed but no refund or update!

@British_Airways I am sorry this is ridiculous! Cannot get hold off anyone - the team whom I called is the standard BA CS team and apparently they do not handle claim cases! So they know as much as I now checking through online! Whom shall I follow up with? How long does it take to refund?

@PlacesLeisure I am trying to book a ticket to get into Tooting Bec lido on your website and it says it is 99 pound! Is that true? I thought it was 10 pound. There are no other way I can book the ticket for tomorrow without paying that amount.

@British_Airways we have submitted a claim for our missing luggage expense and it has been more than a month now! How long does it take to refund? (we did find the bags in Heathrow T5 on our way back home but had to endure a week of holiday without though 😌)

@British_Airways Have sent my phone No. and a DM but no response! Jordan luggage team told us that they only have the car seat which they will bring to our hotel tomorrow but our two pieces of luggage will only be delivered only on 31 May! We fly back to London 1 June! Can we speak to someone?

@British_Airways thankq BA for running our holiday! Flew in last night to Jordan( Amman) and got to know at 2am when arrived that our luggage didn’t make it - still in London! No sightsseeing instead scrambling to get essentials for a week holiday! What is the compensation?

@British_Airways Yes we have reported last night but the person we spoke to at Amman airport said it may not get us before day after ie 28 May as there are lots of luggage got left behind in London! This is ridiculous! We will definitely claim all our expenses!

@British_Airways You cannot be sorry! Today we have done nothing until now but buying essentials including clothes, footwear as we have nothing with us! Now we need to drive to Petra where our hotel is which is around 3 hours away and thanks to BA we will be arriving late! holidayRuined!

@ThomBritishAir Who do I DM the number to? We have a small child and now we are dragging him around to buy essentials and not knowing when we will get our luggage! We want our luggage to be sent tomorrow! I am sure you are aware it is not only us but lots of people’s luggage did not make it!

@ThomBritishAir I’ll DM my number! When I called the number in Amman airport they said it might get to us only on 29th. This is crazy as we are in Wadi Rum in the desert on the 29th! Why our luggage is arriving not tonight ? Whole school half term holiday is ruined esp with a small child!

@jonburkeUK @SadiqKhan @JohnJohnStewart @LiveableWells You do not even live in and around Streatham so how do you know what is happening to the traffic here by just one snapshot! We lived in misery during the SW LTN - both traffic gridlock and poor air quality & now it is back to normal - traffic flows, people can get on with life!

@kmx1974 @MrsParanandi It is not a misleading photo but a photo that reflects how the SHr traffic has been better since LTN is gone! I have tons of videos from during LTn ( completely gridlocked) to now where traffic is either flowing or not many traffic atall! No one denies that SHR is a busy road!

@MrsParanandi Totally - traffic has been flowing during peak hours & sometime there are barely any since the LTN is gone ! No more gridlocked like during the LTn! I have tons of video from during LTN and after LTN!

This is unthinkable during the LTN trial. During the LTN this was gridlocked and buses back to back from like afternoon!
