The Student Well-being Team got together on April 1st for our Spring Forward Professional Development Session. It was a great day to learn some new information and get together in person, and we even had an April Fool's joke played on us!

The Morell/Souris team ran a summer well-being group this year. Students discussed mindfulness, self confidence, and the impact of art and physical activity on their well-being!
Westisle Family of Schools collaborated with local service providers to offer weekly outreach opportunities to adolescents. One week they visited Grand River Ranch, students had the chance to learn about inclusion and how horses and nature can positively impact our mental health.
