@KendraMiddleton I work in finance & volunteered for a cool event where we coached HS kids. They chose a career & they were given a monthly salary. They had to go to 15 stations (utilities, clothes, food, etc.) & figure out their budget. It was crazy how basic needs and costs had to be explained.

Deer jumped in front of me on 12/11. Opened claim 12/12. It’s now 24th, I still have no settlement on the payment. It was assigned to total loss on 12/19 yet I still have not heard from neither a human nor auto robot message since of any update. @safetyins this is unacceptable.

@safetyins I understand that it is the holiday season. However, the lack of urgency for my car is unacceptable. My claim was opened on 12/12 with my awesome insurance company @KnightDikIns. Unfortunately it has been out of their hands since.
