Well worth a look if you're not familiar with the advantages of ROCK SBCs. I'm also in the middle of a ROCK 5A comparison with the Raspberry Pi 5 which has thrown up some fascinating differences. Out soon...
If you want to learn Linux and experiment with GPIO I highly rate the ROCK 3C due to its accessible price which is what the Raspberry Pi was supposed to be about but has lost.
For anyone interested in critical systems design and lessons learned, the NASA Apollo 13 disaster report makes fascinating reading - check out the "How it occurred" section! https://t.co/sgpIwTF4Oc
When we need to deploy computing devices on a large scale, low power consumption is the key to success. Without peripherals used with DEBIX Model A, the power required to supply the board is 5V/1.5A.

Great review. I've had mine for a while and I love it. Makes a great Debian desktop when housed in the purpose made case. Super smooth 4k video playback as standard 😎
It's my current favourite ROCK board. I just revisited my digital signage project with it. Performance is surprisingly good compared to "other" popular SBCs and we love Debian!
