The International Association of Penal Law (IAPL/AIDP) was founded in Paris in 1924, it is worldwide the oldest association of specialists in penal law.
It builds upon the contributions to the X AIDP Symposium for Young Penalists, which was held on 27 and 28 October 2022 at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna.
