@leeavy Keep kickin its ass Lee Im in similar boat. Stage 4, Gleeson of 10 and mets all over the place but mainly in the Spine which has stopped me doing all the things I loved, running, gym, cycling etc etc. Just try and stay as positive as you can mate. 🤞💪💪👊👊
