Hardest thing in my life was burying my mum. Second hardest was walking into a Police Station to report the paedophile who assaulted me as a child. Couldn't get him into court because he was dying, but I don't regret that decision and never will. He thought I'd never speak out.

Ones ive ever spoken to are so set on distraction & tend to shut down giving time & space to openly talk. When Im in 'crisis' I need safe space to speak, someone to listen & validate, most times thats all I need. Only a select few have given me this & its worked. Not distraction
