@virginmedia I've checked the service checker which says that there are no issues, and I've restarted / rebooted my hub multiple times and I'm still getting the same issue.

@virginmedia Internet down for 2 days now - this has been happening for months - I got a solid 2-3 weeks of good internet and it's right back to where it started intermittently going down and showing green lights. This is beyond a joke when I'm paying £70 per month for

I'm still having the issue and at the moment I manage to get wifi for around 4 hours before it starts again. Right now it's not working more often than it is.

This happened Wednesday too, and it seemingly fixed itself and worked again a few hours later.

Diagnostic says it’s not connected properly even though it is. Thoughts?

@virginmedia Woke up this morning and it’s sorted itself out again. So this is the second time this has happened where I’ve booked an engineer and had to cancel it. Could this be an issue with the router itself?

@PigeonDreadful This happened to me a few years ago. It was a company that claimed to be “all about the people / their team etc.” It took 8 months for them to say that I’m out of the running for the role 😂 by that time I had moved to London for a new role & already been promoted 😂
