the 7.5M salary buffer for trade matching doesn't seem to include the multiplier that increases each year ($7,500,000 * $164,961,000/$136,021,000 this year)
@ceejaytalksball the main caveat is when a team is best off operating in between the first and second apron, then the salary slots they might already have are more valuable then doing a s&t for a first apron hardcap
