@WallStreetApes The cost was ridiculous thankfully he survived and is thriving. We could not afford further diagnostics from neurological exams so we still don’t know why he’s having the seizures. We didn’t have another $10,000 to do that.

@WallStreetApes So we had no choice, but to rush him to the emergency vet. We were given the choice to either euthanize him or give him a chance. We gave him a chance. They blew past the estimate of $3000 and it was $7000. They discounted a small part after they overdosed him on a medication.

@ValerieAnne1970 We rescued a cat that came to our catio last Nov - we took for a vet check and chip scan. Vet kept pushing us to do rabies vax - we said no, history is unknown- she got pushier and pissier. Found new vet.
