@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with my Broadband. Below minimum guaranteed speed. Openreach have advised that there is a problem with the line between the green box in the street and my house. Neighbours all have fast broadband so it’s just my line but no one will fix it!!

@SkyHelpTeam It has. Openreach have ran all the tests and have advised that the signal is leaving the green box at 40mb/s but by the time it reaches my socket it has dropped to 16 mb/s. My guaranteed speed is 29mb/s.

@StarbucksUK can you please advise why I am being charged different prices on different days from the same store for the same coffee! One day I’m charged £2.50 and the next day £3.35!! Might have to consider going elsewhere!
