#WorldAIDSDay is an important reminder that we must remain steadfast in our commitment to prevent HIV and provide essential services to all PLWH globally. In 2024, we commemorate the 37th World AIDS Day with the theme, “Collective Action: Sustain and Accelerate HIV Progress.”
Providers: This #WorldAIDSDay2024, tell all of your patients with HIV about U=U: getting and maintaining an undetectable viral load not only keeps them healthy, but it also prevents them from transmitting HIV through sex.

Today we honor and recall the transgender folk lost to violence. Since last year’s Transgender Day of Remembrance, according to the @humanrightscam2, at least 36 trans folk were murdered in the U.S., many of whom were young and people of color. Half were Black trans women.
Today is the 25th annual Transgender Day of Remembrance (#TDOR). TDOR honors the memory of transgender individuals lost to anti-transgender violence. We hope you can take a moment today to honor the memory of the many gone too soon. 🏳️⚧️ #TransLivesMatter
On this Transgender Day of Remembrance, the #NationalAIDSMemorial pauses to honor the lives stolen within the #transgendercommunity.
