The Penndale Middle School 7th and 8th grade football team finished their season UNDEFEATED with a win in the Upper Bux-Mont Championship game against Pennridge Central Middle School! We are very proud of this team for their hard work to achieve a 7-0 season. Penndale proud!

If students arenβt getting enough physical education, movement, & recess, donβt blame them when they get restless, fidgety, & canβt focus in class. Children are active by nature & need to move. Exercise enhances focus, self regulation and brain performance.
