@ThomasAEastman@JJ_McCullough There is a difference between leaving the party in power to join the opposition and leaving the opposition to join the party in power. There's arguably a lot more to be gained for one crossing the floor to the party in power as opposed to the other way around
@pyok1979@JJ_McCullough I mean there was an entire election process to pick the leader. But most the other candidates were what I would call "your mom and dad's conservative". Just suits that regurgitate the same talking points. Can't remember all of them but leslyn lewis was one of them
@tshddx@AlohaOasis@VigilantFox Intention/premediatation/malice all get determined after the crime was committed. They are not the crime itself. They are the reasoning.

@TrueEager What the fuck is this even implying? That the men who stormed Normandy were akin to antifa? Or that antifa is akin to the men who stormed Normandy?
Either way is just wildly insulting and just straight up wrong

@LPC_Hack If he lost the original election in a conservative stronghold in rural alberta, it'd be fine. If he lost in an already liberal leaning riding and then had to go to an even more liberal riding, it wouldn't.
@Bowenqldaus@JoelVinette Was waiting to see a comment saying this exact thing lol. I'd say she's actively against and trying to reap the benefits of unfair voting practices.
