So would they be designated as Strike E without the Noir striker attached? Do they have the same VPS color change gimmick as Strike E does when swapping to its Another Trial Striker packs or is Noir a unique case, here?
@NoponDigi Only problem is that there's very few artists on Marvel's payroll that I'd trust to either adapt Danger's Tokon look or at minimum make her more approachable, visually. When comic books try their hand at adapting anime-esque designs, they've historically had more misses than hits
@moonmin_03 To be fair, manga Motoko goes through a BUNCH of development that leads her to becoming what the '95 movie and all adaptations to follow depict as the default for Motoko. Most adaptations simply didn't start at the very beginning of the manga, or did its own thing altogether.
@ArtsuWaifu Once the Grand Servant system arrives in F/GO NA, she's gonna be first in line as my Grand Assassin pick as well.
I love me some morally questionable fox ladies
DO NOT touch that keyboard. This is one of the most dangerous attacks circulating right now.
This is called a ClickFix attack. It is not a CAPTCHA. It is not a verification step. It is a social engineering attack designed to make you execute malicious code on your own machine while believing you are proving you are human.
Here is exactly what happens if you follow those steps.
The fake page has already silently copied a malicious PowerShell command to your clipboard without you knowing. It happened the moment the page loaded. You did not click anything. You did not consent to anything. The clipboard was written to in the background by JavaScript running on the page.
When you press Win + R you open the Windows Run dialog. When you press Ctrl + V you paste that malicious command directly into it. When you press Run you execute it with your own permissions on your own machine. No exploit needed. No vulnerability needed. You did it yourself. Willingly. While thinking you were completing a CAPTCHA.
The payload varies. Researchers have documented ClickFix delivering infostealers, remote access trojans, and credential harvesters. The malware executes instantly and silently. By the time the Run dialog closes the damage is done.
The reason this attack works so well is threefold. The fake CAPTCHA looks visually identical to a real one. The instructions sound technical and therefore trustworthy. And critically, you are the one executing the command so endpoint security tools see a legitimate user action rather than an automated attack.
Real CAPTCHAs never ask you to open Run dialogs. Real CAPTCHAs never ask you to paste anything. Real CAPTCHAs never give you keyboard shortcuts.
If a webpage ever asks you to press Win + R for any reason, close the tab immediately.
@FlywheelKnot It helped a lot of people get interested in the original game, which I think counts for a lot. While the PvP experience in the original Dungeon Fighter Online game might be hot garbage imho, the PvE experience is something I don't think I've seen very many other games replicate.
@NoponDigi Honestly, the game's actual release can't come fast enough. I wanna see how much havoc I can wreak with a BeelStarmon deck, whether it's a pure Purple deck, Three Musketeers combo deck, or mixing things up with a Time Stranger Beelko deck.
@otaku_2305@GundamMoments@MayB_Art Granted, everyone is damn lucky that things worked out, but absolutely no one, least of all Hiroto could have known that Riku and his crew would have managed to deus ex machina their way into a golden ending for everyone.
@otaku_2305@GundamMoments@MayB_Art Hiroto really was in a no-win situation here; he either shoots down Riku to protect GBN but Sarah would be deleted as a result, or he lets Riku save Sarah, but GBN would be destroyed as a result of the bugs. Either way he'd be dishonoring Eve's last wish to protect GBN AND Sarah.
@HayaseWarrior It might be my nostalgia speaking, but while Wing can be a bit messy in trying to convey its core messages, it's not necessarily a bad series. Endless Waltz served to tie everything up in a nice ribbon, so while it got a bit shaky in places, I'd say it stuck the landing.
@MayB_Art Honestly, how will they escalate past "Gunpla + VRMMO but oops aliens are real and they're furries"? Either you'd have to come up with something equally batshit as the baseline in a new series, or you start over from square one and we have something akin to Build Fighters again.
@DeltyThe73rd Honestly, I would love a new Build series too, but I feel like the well's run dry after Build Metaverse bellyflopped super hard.
Still gonna keep hoping and praying, though.
I love watching tournaments, but I don't think my ass could ever justify spending money on this hobby--replacing busted parts is hell because I have to suffer online shipping costs since I live in the USA, and worse yet, NO ONE IN MY AREA PLAYS GUNPLA BATTLE.
THIS SUCKS, MAN.
@NoponDigi Since it's an expansion, we may end up playing as Dan/Kanan Yuki again in some way. If it were a wholly separate game, I'd consider the possibility of a new protagonist, but the fact that it's Expansion DLC for Time Stranger tells me that we'll continue playing as the same MC.
@NoponDigi Haters don't know my girl has been here since 2013.
Now, HACKMON... That mfer and his whole crew was an actual industry plant back then with how Bandai was glazing him. I'm cool with him now, but so many Digimon from the 2013+ mobile game era were left forgotten cuz of his ass.
There's a lot of speculation right now, but if we're really getting a full-blown expansion, rather than another season pass' worth of DLC packs, we could be seeing something genuinely exciting coming in 2027.
