Person: “Why can’t you just let it go?”
Autistic person: “Because the problem isn’t that I’m thinking about it. The problem is that it still doesn’t make sense.”
Most Suicide is Not Selfish. Full stop.
Most people don’t want to leave and hurt people. They want to end the pain. They don’t think they matter to those they’re leaving behind not do they think that they’ll he mourned.

Narcissists’ greatest weakness might be their inability to change.
They’re locked in patterns. They repeat the same mistakes. They can’t integrate feedback. They can’t grow.
So they’re prisoners of their own mechanism. Forever repeating. Never evolving. That’s the weakness that guarantees their eventual isolation.
Nobody tells the ‘gifted and talented' kids from the 70s, 80s and 90s that their
“gift” might actually be
ADHD or Autism...
and that perimenopause will unmask it.
The most absurd shit about having both Autism and ADHD is that
your biggest problem is literally your favorite thing 😂Routine feels like pure peace… until it turns into a prison and you wanna burn it all down. Novelty hits like crack… until it wrecks every system you spent weeks building. Every fix quietly becomes the next headache. It’s like being homesick while you’re literally sitting at home. Who else lives in this endless brain civil war? 😩
