BREAKING: Kamala Harris gets incredible election news as polling reveals that her lead over Donald Trump among young voters has skyrocketed to a staggering 20 points.

And it gets even better...

According to the latest survey from Youth & Money CNBC Generation Lab, 60% of Americans between ages 18 and 34 say they will b voting for Harris. Only 40% say the same for Trump.

These numbers represent a massive surge of support for the vice president. In July, just 46% of the same demographic supported her and 34% supported Trump. 21% supported RFK Jr. (who has since dropped out of the race).

31% of respondents in the new poll plan to cast their ballots in-person on Election Day. 24% will be voting by mail and 13% said that they will be voting in person early.

Top issues for these young Americans included job creation/economy, taxes, and trust in the government. Harris has vastly superior policies on all of these issues.

BREAKING: MAGA is dealt a crushing blow as a Georgia judge rules that county election officials may NOT delay/decline election results based on suspicions of so-called fraud.

This is a huge relief…

Fulton County Superior Judge Robert McBurney wrote in his 11-page ruling that such officials have a “mandatory fixed obligation” to certify the results.

“If election superintendents were, as Plaintiff urges, free to play investigator, prosecutor, jury, and judge and so — because of a unilateral determination of error or fraud — refuse to certify election results, Georgia voters would be silenced,” McBurney wrote.

“Our Constitution and our Election Code do not allow for that to happen,” he added.

The plaintiff was Fulton County election board member Julie Adams, who voted against certifying Georgia’s presidential primary in March. She insisted that she was “unable to fulfill her oath of office” because other officials refused her absurd request to hand over reams of election documentation before the certification deadline.

Her defeat is a victory for democracy.

BREAKING: Top North Carolina newspaper shreds Donald Trump for his "shameful" spreading of dangerous "falsehoods" about the federal response to Hurricane Helene to smear Kamala Harris.

This is spreading like wildfire and MAGA is furious...

"This is not a situation to capitalize on for political gain. But former President Donald Trump has politicized the situation at every turn, spreading falsehoods and conspiracies that fracture the community instead of bringing it together," wrote the editorial board of The Charlotte Observer.

"By every indication, state and federal agencies have been working to help people in need. They’ve been airlifting food and other supplies to affected areas," they added.

The Observer tore into Trump's lie that Democratic officials are "going out of their way to not help people in Republican areas" as well as his false claim that Harris "spent all her FEMA money, billions of dollars, on housing for illegal migrants."

"There’s no evidence to support any of those ridiculous claims," the newspaper stated simply.

"Let’s be clear: Western North Carolina is not a political football. This is not a campaign opportunity," the editorial board continued. "The most unhelpful thing any politician — or anyone else — can do right now is spread misinformation and tell people that their government isn’t doing anything to help them."

"Sowing the seeds of political division is always an unnecessary and tiresome endeavor," they went on. "But doing so in times of great need, when unity is paramount, is particularly shameful."
