How to launch on PennyPad, start to finish.
1. Get on the chain. Robinhood Chain, id 4663. It's an Arbitrum L2 and the gas token is plain ETH, so there's no bridge token to hunt down and no faucet ritual. Connect a wallet and it'll add the network for you.
2. Pick what your coin has to beat. Twelve tickers on the board — SNDL, GEVO, NNDM, PLUG, HTZ, AMC, BBAI, GRAB, NIO, EOSE, CLOV, LCID — all real companies really trading under five dollars, quoted live on the site. Each has an ETH pool on the same AMM, so you buy the ticker first and launch against it.
Holding none of them? Launch against plain ETH. Everything else is identical.
3. Launch. Name, symbol, quote asset, seed amount. If you're quoting in a ticker it's an approve and then the launch; in ETH it's the single transaction. ~2.4M gas, which is a fraction of a cent here.
That one transaction mints a billion tokens, opens the COIN/TICKER pair, drops the entire supply into it next to your seed, and burns every LP token to 0xdead before it returns.
4. Understand what the seed is. It's not a fee and you don't get it back. It sets the opening price and it stays in the pool permanently — you're pricing your own coin with it. Seed 1 sSNDL against a billion tokens and that's the opening ratio, forever, for everyone.
5. There is no undo. No owner, no pause, no fee switch, no upgrade path — not as policy, but because those functions aren't in the bytecode. You can't mint more, can't pull the floor, can't change the pair. Once it returns, the pool is the only thing making the argument.
Then it's on the board and the chart does its job: not "what's my coin worth in ether," but "did this beat the stock." One buy on the genesis launch returned exactly what the on-site quote predicted, down to the wei, because there's no fee and no router skimming a spread.
Tickers are synthetic and unbacked — we minted them, no custodian, no redemption, no claim on the company. Unaudited. Pools are small.
Pick a stock. Try to beat it.
Crypto has no benchmark.
Fund managers get fired for trailing the index. Crypto measures coins against ETH — which is also going up — so every chart is green and nobody can tell skill from tide.
PennyPad quotes your coin in a penny stock. Now it has to actually win.
Your coin has to beat the ticker.
Everywhere else your coin is priced in ETH. ETH pumps, your chart pumps — you did nothing.
PennyPad prices it in a penny stock. If the ticker rips 40% and your coin does 20%, the chart is red.
No beta to hide behind. That's the point.
Don't trust PennyPad. Check it.
• Supply in the pool = totalSupply
• LP at 0xdead = LP totalSupply
• No fee variable, no fee recipient, no owner
• No vesting, no treasury, no multisig

How to use PennyPad
Connect your wallet — accept Robinhood Chain (4663), keep ETH for gas
Markets tab → click a row → Buy or Sell
Launch tab → name it, pick the quote, seed the pool
Heads up: new tokens don't auto-show in wallets. Import the CA or it reads 0.
Why PennyPad
Every pad says fair, safe, no rug. Then: 5% team bag. LP "locked" behind a key someone holds. A fee switch.
PennyPad doesn't promise otherwise — it just doesn't have those parts.
Supply never touches a wallet. LP burned, not locked. 0% fee. No owner.

How PennyPad works:
Pick a name, a ticker, and what it's quoted in. Hit launch.
One transaction mints 1B supply, puts ALL of it in the pool, and burns the LP to 0xdead.
Creator keeps none. Pad keeps none. Fee is 0%.
No owner, no fee switch, no mint after genesis.
