The important thing that we need to realize is this: Primary Care has been smoldering for years, it just fully set on fire in the pandemic. Family Med could use the help. NPs have a part they could play in this. But this needs to be collaborative.

People don't seem to talk about how pre-2019, our system, while not perfect, was humming along fairly well and many of our rural areas had great healthcare.

Most of the breakdown of our system came at the hands of Kenney and Shandro.
