🇳🇬🇬🇧 JUST IN: Nigeria Cheated as Hidden Clauses Emerge in UK Nigeria Migration Deal, with New Terms Quietly Removing Key Deportation Barriers

The newly signed migration agreement between the United Kingdom and Nigeria is now revealing a far more aggressive structure than initially presented, with provisions that significantly tilt enforcement power in favour of the UK.

The deal, signed during President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s visit and formalized by Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo and Shabana Mahmood, is designed to accelerate the return of Nigerians who have no legal right to remain in the UK.

At the core of the agreement is a major concession from Nigeria. The country will now accept UK issued identification documents in place of passports, allowing deportations to proceed even when individuals lack valid Nigerian travel papers. This effectively removes one of the strongest barriers that previously slowed down removals.

The deal also locks in tighter coordination between both countries, ensuring faster identity verification and drastically reducing delays that individuals once relied on to challenge or stall deportation.

With over 2,000 Nigerians already within deportation categories and no clear cap on numbers, the structure of the agreement opens the door for a sustained and potentially large scale return pipeline.

Beyond deportations, the agreement expands intelligence sharing between both countries, targeting immigration networks, document fraud, and visa abuse. It also introduces post return monitoring mechanisms, raising questions about how returnees will be tracked and managed after arrival.

The timing is also notable. Following the collapse of the Rwanda deportation plan, the UK is now pivoting to direct return deals, and Nigeria has emerged as a key destination under this new strategy.

While officials continue to describe the agreement as mutually beneficial, the operational reality suggests a system heavily optimized for the UK to clear its immigration backlog quickly, while Nigeria absorbs the long term social and economic impact.

With enforcement now faster, documentation barriers removed, and no defined limits on returns, this deal marks a significant shift in how Nigerians in the UK could be processed and sent back going forward.

In 2025, Banke William Jimoh was raped to death and had her neck slashed during a home invasion in Keffi, Nasarawa State, by unidentified armed men.

In 2025, 3-year-old Harira Yakubu Bala was found dead with multiple injuries in a bush in Jigawa State after being raped and molested.

In 2025, 2-year-old Maryam Ahmad was sexually assaulted in Bassa, Plateau State by 26-year-old Job Josiah; she survived the physical attack but remains severely traumatized.

In 2025, 64-year-old Mulikat Sanni was raped and murdered in Ondo State by her grandson, Ahmed Toheed, over witchcraft allegations.

In 2026, a 4-year-old girl was allegedly assaulted at an Islamic school in Jikwoyi, Abuja by the son of a teacher.

In 2026, there’s a RAPE FESTIVAL currently ongoing in Ozoro. Victims neither be name nor accounted for.

These are the very few cases that made it to the social media. The only things that the victims have in common, is a vagina. Babies, old women, sluts, prudes, sex-workers, girlfriends, in their homes, in the church, in the mosque, in the bush, in a bus, in a school… they just need to exist.

Babaginda when he got into power.

In 1985 Nigeria's national debt was $18 billion.
Foreign reserve was at $1.89 billion.
Inflation was at 7.44%
Exchange rate: N0.89 to 1$

In 1993 when Babaginda left power.

Nigeria's national debt was at $36 billion.
Foreign Reserve: $494 million
Inflation: Over 50%
Exchange rate: 22.50 naira to 1 dollar.

This is despite the oil windfalls and fair global prices of oil.

Abacha As Head Of State.

Increased Nigeria's foreign reserves from $494 million in 1993 to $9.6 billion by 1997–1998.

Reduced Nigeria's external debt from around $36 billion in 1993 to $27 billion by 1997.

Lowered inflation rate from over 50% to about 8.5%.

Avoided new loans from the International Monetary Fund (IMF)

Promoted fiscal discipline in budget spending.

Stabilized the exchange rate at N22 to $1

All this was done with very low oil prices during the Abacha years.

But guess what?

Former presidential candidate Peter Obi has issued a blistering statement condemning the tear-gassing of peaceful protesters at the National Assembly, declaring that Nigeria is now showing the world why it has become a “disgraced nation.”

Reacting to the crackdown on citizens demanding credible electoral reforms, Obi said Nigerians were attacked simply for exercising their constitutional rights.

According to him:

“Today, in our beloved country Nigeria, harmless citizens performing their constitutionally guaranteed duties peacefully were tear-gassed simply for asking for what is right: free, fair, and credible elections in a democratic nation.”

He accused those in power of betraying democracy, saying those who once claimed to defend democratic values have now become its greatest destroyers.

“Those who yesterday claimed to be champions of democracy, have today become destroyers of our democracy and the worst enemies of good governance.”

Obi warned that Nigeria’s democratic future is under direct threat and called on Nigerians to resist what he described as dangerous and deliberate attempts to undermine electoral credibility ahead of the 2027 elections.

He urged citizens across the country to stand firm.

“I urge Nigerians, en masse, to resist these continued evil plans, to stand united against the destruction of our nation and collective future.”

At the center of his demand is one critical safeguard real-time electronic transmission of election results.

He made his position clear:

“We insist that there must be real-time mandatory electronic transmission of polling unit results to ensure transparency and trust in our elections.”

🇳🇬 Dear Nigerians, Something Devious is Brewing Behind Closed Doors in Abuja!

Your National Assembly is playing a dangerous game in the shadows.

Pay close attention, ALLEGEDLY O!

Yesterday, the joint Conference Committee set up to reconcile differences between the Senate and House versions of the Electoral Act (Repeal and Re enactment) Amendment Bill, 2026 was scheduled to meet on February 16.

The focus was the most critical provision, Clause 60(3), which governs the electronic transmission of election results.

That meeting did not hold.

Key members of the House of Representatives were absent. No attendance. No deliberation. No progress. Attempts to reconvene also failed.

Then suddenly, reports began to emerge that a late night, closed door meeting was hurriedly convened outside the National Assembly complex at the Senate President’s Lodge in Maitama, Abuja.

An off site meeting in the dead of night after the official session had already collapsed. All in a rush to "align positions" before plenary.

Why was such a critical legislative process moved outside the National Assembly?

Why was it done behind closed doors, away from public scrutiny?

As of now, no official harmonized report has been released. Nigerians have not been told what was discussed, what was agreed, or what was conceded during that Maitama meeting.

Now we are also hearing that some House of Representatives members are being pressured to align with the Senate position, the same position that allows manual fallback in the transmission of election results if electronic transmission fails.

You already know what that means.

At the same time, according to Yiaga Africa, lawmakers are considering reducing the legal timeline for INEC to issue election notice from 360 days to 300 days before election day.

If this Electoral Act Amendment Bill 2026 is not fully harmonized, passed, and signed into law before critical deadlines, Nigeria will conduct the 2027 general elections under the existing Electoral Act 2022.

INEC has already fixed February 20, 2027 for the presidential election based on that law.

And as you already know, while the 2022 Act allows BVAS and result uploads, it does not strictly mandate real time electronic transmission without loopholes.

Which means we remain exposed to the same old playbook of "GRAB IT. SNATCH IT. RUN WITH IT. GO TO COURT".

Now while they hold secret meetings and align positions behind closed doors, Nigerians must not sleep.

Because once the law is set, the damage is done.

The truth about Nigerian Muslims is worst than you think. 

October 11, 1991, a German evangelist named Reinhard Bonke planned a large Christian crusade in the northern Nigerian city of Kano.

Christians were excited about the event, and the hype was widespread.

Many Muslims did not like this, and they opposed it, believing that Kano belonged to Islam and that Christians should not hold such a crusade there.

Fearing that Christianity was becoming too popular in Kano, members of the so-called "religion of peace" then took to the streets and began rioting. 

Within hours, they started lynching innocent Christians, burning their homes, churches, and businesses.

Christian Children, women and men alike.

Christians were lynched, raped, impaled, butchered, and burned alive.

This targeted violence against Christians continued for days. Many Christian families disappeared, never to be seen again.

Entire Christian neighborhoods became empty, with homes and businesses seized by Muslims after the owners were killed.

By the time the army finally intervened and stopped the killings, hundreds of Christians were dead, thousands were injured, and hundreds of thousands had been displaced.

The military government underreported the death toll as about 100 to 200.

However, survivors and other accounts claim that more than 500 Christians died.

These acts were not carried out by Terrorists, they were carried out by everyday Muslims that knew the people they were killing, the type of Muslims you call your friends.

The crusade was canceled, and the victims never received any justice or compensation.

Today, some of those who carried out the killings, or their children, can be found online proclaiming that Islam is a religion of peace and accusing others of being Islamophobic and saying there is no Christians genocide in Nigeria 

Don't ever let anyone massacre your people and then come online to gaslight you.
