Well, 6 months on and here we are again - this time someone's unplugged the power to the entire data centre that hosts our server. It's coming back to life now, but could be a few minutes or a few hours until our website is up and running, we can't tell which. Sorry about this!

Our server problems have now been fixed and all services are working normally again. We apologise for this extended downtime, which was unfortunately out of our control.

We still don't have a precise ETA for this to be fixed, but it's expected to be "several more hours".
