@Fly_Norwegian you have rejected my claim for fight D82531 (CHQ-LGW) 07.10.18 delayed by 3h50m due to unavoidable circumstances. On boarding the pilot announced the delay was due to the crew having flown too long & hence a new crew had to be flown in. How was this unavoidable?
