@omadhanji yes, and despite what people will usually tell you, i highly recommend NOT substituting the added sugar with 0 cal sweeteners, if you go without these things long enough and learn not to expect sweetness from everything then itβll be much easier to keep it up
what is the science behind being able to restrict without even trying when iβm not at my family house vs struggling not to binge whenever iβm back here π

@unepetitepomme you would have to be in an almost 4k calorie deficit so definitely some of that is just food/water weight but this is still a huge deficit, youβre losing a lot of fat/muscle for sure, not just water i promise
i keep βrecoveringβ and then relapsing every couple months and itβs so annoying cause i always forget the calories in everything and have to relearn all that
@skinnisthetic i hesitate to say iβm going down the ortho road but i feel the same π and ill do like under 700cal in a day but itβs all healthy and i act like im getting all my nutrients and im sooo healthy and its like girl ur still starving what π itβs such a slippery slope
