What exactly is the point of a reservation if you have absolutely no car available when I show up?

Your employee couldn’t have cared less. No apology. No attempt to help. No solution. She literally shut off the lights and walked away while I was stranded trying to figure out how I was getting home.

You took my reservation, took my time, and then left me standing there like it was my problem.

This wasn’t bad customer service. It was complete indifference.

Absolutely unacceptable.

I understand why we don’t want people to come to the US to be criminals, mooch on welfare, open learing centers and otherwise undermine the country.

But I don’t understand why we make it harder for motivated, ambitious, hardworking people to come to the land of opportunity.
