Those were the last moments of June 2022. We had the last performance of Plameny of this season, we presented our project Musica non grata at the German Embassy and last but not least had a warm goodbye-breakfast with all of the State Opera colleagues. See you in the next season!

Today, the management of the National Theatre Prague had a meeting with the Minister of Culture Mr. Baxa to discuss the necessary reconstruction of the Nová Scéna, which is also an important venue for contemporary opera performances.

On Sunday we brought Erwin Schulhoff's Plameny to the stage of the Czech State Opera for the first time in 90 years. And in the Czech language.
